Starting your mind-body journey, we'll discuss the importance of "finding time" for one self. We'll also explore PPD.

In this section we'll review mindfulness meditation techniques, the frameworks of perspective, reframing the meaning of pain, and finding purpose.

In this section, together, we'll face our fears, and address and emotions and correlated symptoms.

Bringing it All Together

Bringing it all together will cover relapse prevention, guarding your mind's gate, mental organization, and design your own journey of mind-body practice.
