Dr. Kevin Rod

Welcome! I am Dr. Kevin Rod a practicing pain management physician in Toronto. I am certified in Family Medicine and credentialed in Chronic Pain Management. I am the founder and director of Toronto Poly Clinic that has served thousands of pain patients in Canada since 2002. Since 2008 I have acted as a Lecturer for the University of Toronto and an assessor for the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

Above all, I am a pain patient, and this has given me the opportunity to experience life as a pain patient. This course is the summary of all I have learned and experienced as a pain doctor and a pain patient.

Mind-Body Temple is my offering to patients who want to manage their pain and elevate their life. If you have tried many treatments before but you’re still suffering from chronic pain, this offering is for you. My aspiration is that by the end of this journey you will have a better understanding about your pain and how to manage it, your goals in life and learn new skills about how to reach your goals by elevating your life.

“Being a doctor is to have a degree, being a physician is to have a profession, but being a guide for your healing is my purpose in life..”

“This book helped me reconnect with my body in a way no other wellness book has. The ideas are simple, but the impact is deep. I now have a clearer relationship with my habits, energy, and wellbeing. MBT feels less like a book and more like a guide you keep returning to.”
